At FlexiGuard, we stand behind the quality of our Modular Dog Leash System. We want you and your furry friend to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your FlexiGuard Modular Dog Leash System for a refund or exchange. We believe this gives you plenty of time to test the leash system with your dog in various real-world situations.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Gently Used or Unused: We understand you need to try the leash with your pup! Light wear from testing is perfectly fine, but items should not show excessive wear, damage, or soiling
• All Components Included: Please return all modular pieces, attachments, and accessories that came with your original order
• Original Packaging: While not required to be pristine, please include original packaging when possible to prevent damage during return shipping
• Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or original receipt

Refund Process

We've made returning your FlexiGuard as simple as possible:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer happiness team using the contact information below to initiate your return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship It Back: Pack your FlexiGuard securely and ship it back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Personalized or custom-engraved leash components
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents (normal wear and tear is acceptable)
• Products returned after the 30-day window without prior approval
• Gift cards or promotional items

Special Circumstances: If you received a defective or damaged FlexiGuard, or if we shipped the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping costs and replace it immediately at no charge to you. Your pup's safety is our priority!

How Exchanges Work:

• Contact us using the information below to discuss your exchange
• We'll process your exchange based on current inventory availability
• If the replacement item is the same price, we'll ship it at no additional cost once we receive your return
• If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment link for any additional amount
• Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns

Faster Exchange Option: Need your new leash quickly? We can ship your exchange item immediately upon request. Your original payment method will be charged if we don't receive your return within 14 days.

Warranty Coverage

Don't forget—all FlexiGuard Modular Dog Leash Systems come with our 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something breaks during normal use, we've got you covered beyond the 30-day return window. Contact us for warranty claims.
